Who we are

Mailheight is operated by Lead Sourcing & Email Marketing, a sole proprietorship owned by Nithyanandan Ramakrishnan, Sierra Cartel, No 343, 9th Main, Sector-7, HSR Layout, Bangalore 560102, Karnataka, India. Contact: info@mailheight.com.

This policy covers the Mailheight marketing website at mailheight.com, including this blog, and the account data we hold about customers of the Mailheight application (app.mailheight.com), as described in the “Application account data” section below. It does not cover the contact data our customers manage inside the application: that data is processed on each customer's instructions under our Terms of Service, and each customer is responsible for it under their own privacy practices.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us directly through the forms on this site:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
  • Demo request form: your name, work email, company name, and any optional message.
  • Newsletter signup: your email address.

We do not require you to create an account to browse this site or read the blog, and we do not collect this information unless you submit one of these forms yourself.

How we use it

We use the information submitted through these forms only to:

  • Respond to your message or question.
  • Schedule and follow up on a requested demo.
  • Send occasional product and deliverability updates, only if you signed up for the newsletter.

We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Application account data

If you hold a Mailheight application account, we collect and hold the information needed to operate that account:

  • Login and profile data: your name, email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text) and account settings.
  • Team members: the names and email addresses of the authorized users your account administrator adds, and the roles assigned to them.
  • Billing data: your plan, invoices, payment records and credit balances. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
  • Usage logs: records of logins and significant account activity, such as imports, campaign launches and settings changes, kept for security, support and abuse prevention.

We use this account data only to provide, secure and bill the service, to support you, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. It is retained for as long as your account is active and thereafter only as long as law or legitimate business needs require, consistent with the export and deletion commitments in our Terms of Service. The contact lists and campaign data you manage inside the application remain yours and are processed on your instructions as described in the Terms, not under this section.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie in use is a functional, first-party session cookie set when someone logs into the Mailheight content admin area, used solely to keep that login session active. Visitors browsing the public site do not receive this cookie.

How to unsubscribe or update your preferences

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at info@mailheight.com at any time to be removed from our list or to ask what information we hold about you.

If you have received an outreach email sent using the Mailheight application by one of our customers, that email is not covered by this policy. It is covered by our customer's own privacy practices, and the unsubscribe or suppression mechanism included in that email is handled directly by the Mailheight application on their behalf.

Data retention

We keep form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry or, for newsletter subscribers, until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information.

Data storage

Form submissions are stored on infrastructure we operate directly. Application account data is likewise stored on server infrastructure we operate directly. We do not share this data with third-party marketing or data-broker platforms.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@mailheight.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
