Deliverability-first outbound for agencies
Outbound email without burning domains.
Find the right people, write to each one from real research, and send from one domain your brand keeps. No mailbox caps, no lookalike domains, no starting over when one gets blocked.

Why Mailheight is different
Not like the rest.
- 01
Dedicated IPs. Nothing rotates.
The usual playbookPut you on shared IP pools with strangers, then ask you to rotate domains and mailboxes when reputation drops.
MailheightMailheight sends from dedicated IPs. No rotation of domains, no rotation of mail IDs. The reputation you build stays yours.
- 02
You send from your domain.
The usual playbookSend from lookalike domains that are not quite yours, and replace them when they burn.
MailheightEvery email goes out from the domain your brand already owns. Prospects see a name they can check, authentication lines up with your company, replies reach your real team, and every conversation adds to your reputation instead of disappearing with a burned domain.
- 03
83.6M known spam traps, screened before you send.
The usual playbookCheck for bounces, if at all. Old data and lists sold with a “guaranteed” label still carry traps that get you blocklisted.
MailheightEvery list is screened against 83.6 million known spam-trap addresses the moment you import it, and checked again before sending, including data you have not used in a while and lists from providers who promise guarantees. Known traps are removed; no list of traps can know every one.
- 04
The tools are built in.
The usual playbookMake you pay separately for a verifier, a domain monitor and a copywriting tool, then glue them together yourself.
MailheightValidation with a large spam-trap bucket, DNSPulse for domain and blocklist history, and Writer for research-led copy are part of the same platform, alongside the rest of the Hamcut toolkit.Explore HamcutTry DNSPulse

Specialist AI, one job each.
The usual playbookUse one general AI to fill in a template and hope it lands.
MailheightMany AI agents each do one job well: delivery planning and pacing, validation, prospect research, writing, an independent reviewer that blocks clichés and claims the research cannot support, reply sorting and job-title classification. Together they get the email right before it leaves.
One platform
From first search to booked meeting.
Describe the buyer. Get the list.
Type who you want to reach, or paste a client brief exactly as written. Mailheight turns it into filters per country and shows free counts before you spend a credit.
- Title, seniority, industry, size, technology and hiring signals
- See verified email and phone coverage before you pay
- Duplicates and suppressed contacts are never charged

Bad addresses stopped before they send.
Spam traps, role inboxes, disposable addresses and domains with no mail server are blocked the moment you import. Every contact is validated.
- Screened against 83.6M known spam traps
- Valid, catch-all or unknown for every contact
- Already validated contacts are never charged again

Researched, then reviewed.
Each draft is written from the prospect's own website and recent dated news, checked against the client's brand rules, and held for your approval.
- Up to eight steps, each with its own purpose
- English, German, French and Spanish
- Claims the research cannot support are held back

Follow-ups that react.
Sequences go out in each recipient's business hours, spaced per company and paced per inbox provider. A confirmed open can trigger the next step while they are still interested.
- Send only if opened, not opened, or clicked
- National holiday warnings per country
- Pre-launch checks and a spam score on the real emails

See who is warming up.
Every contact gets a Hot or Warm score from recorded engagement, a signal to act on rather than a promise, and a daily scan surfaces dated events at target companies that fit what the client sells.
- Intent from confirmed opens and clicks
- Funding, hiring and leadership changes, with dates
- Turn any signal list into a campaign in one click

Numbers clients believe.
Detected scanner opens and bot clicks are filtered out of the numbers you report, so security software does not pass for interest. Split tests are judged on confirmed engagement and the winner rolls out automatically.
- Rates per person reached, not per email
- Live, password protected report per client
- Best day and hour to send

Built on numbers, not promises.

Built for agencies
Every client, separate.
Run outreach for many clients from one workspace, without their data, senders or results ever mixing.

- Read-only client report links, no login needed
- Sender health tracked per client and per inbox
- Team access granted feature by feature, client by client

Compliance built in, not bolted on
Send with permission.
Deliverability is not a workaround for consent. Permission is one part of a healthy email program: the data must be accurate, the audience appropriate, the message relevant, and preferences respected. A validated address tells you the mailbox is safe to reach, not that its owner agreed to hear from you.
Permission
Tells you whether you can communicate.
Relevance
Determines whether the communication is worth reading.
Deliverability
Determines whether it reaches the recipient.
- Suppression listsGlobal and per-client suppression enforced on every send.
- Data requestsBuilt-in handling for access and deletion requests.
- Unsubscribe handlingOne-click unsubscribe honoured across every campaign.
- GDPR-aware trackingTracking and consent handled with GDPR in mind.
- Consent on clickAn optional page before your landing page asks for an explicit opt-in, and records the wording, time and purpose. It can be withdrawn at any time.
Questions agencies ask.
Does Mailheight replace our CRM?
No. Mailheight owns the stretch a CRM doesn't: from the first send through validation, deliverability, intent and reply follow-up, up to the point a conversation becomes an opportunity. Hand off to your CRM there.
Where do the reply-attribution numbers come from?
From your own account's delivery log. Mailheight counts the emails actually delivered to a contact before their first recorded reply. Replies whose send history predates logging are excluded and labeled, never estimated.
Do you use industry benchmarks or invented conversion rates?
No. Every figure shown is computed from your account's own data. If the data cannot answer a question, the page says so instead of borrowing a benchmark.
Can one workspace run outreach for many clients?
Yes. Mailheight is built for agencies. Every list, sender, report and count is organized per client, team access is granted feature by feature, and scoping is enforced server-side at the API.
